Owner Richard Gertz is a seasoned restauranteur on Long Island, with over thirty years in the business. He transformed Panama Hatties, a local bar and grill in Huntington into a destination for fine dining. Richard opened this location as Crazy Fish Bar and Gill in July of 2016.

A new Chef team has inspired our name change to “Nantuckets” as our menus offer so much more than a bar and grill.

Our new chef has a creative imagination and pushes the boundaries on eclectic flavors and ingredients with Seafood and American Fare. Our breads and desserts are made on premise. We offer gluten free and vegetarian options, and cater to dairy dietary restrictions.

We are strongly involved in our community. We host our Local Lion’s Club Meetings, and head fundraisers for local and international charities. We are involved with the local arts; offering Theatre Three discounts and theater packages. We truly care about the Port Jefferson community.

We are blessed with a dedicated, professional team and plan to create another destination for great food!
